REFUND POLICY
Because of the collectible nature of trading card game items, we do not accept returns on sealed products.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
If any items in your order arrive damaged, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, a photo of the damage.
If the parcel itself shows signs of damage upon delivery, be sure to document that as well—this may be needed to process a claim with the shipping carrier. We're happy to offer a replacement, refund, or discount for any items that are damaged in transit.
Please note: minor cosmetic flaws such as light scuffing, small tears, or shelf wear on sealed Trading Card Game products that do not affect the contents inside typically do not qualify as damage. These situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount and covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we incur when the original transaction is processed.
For orders placed in USD, refunds will be issued in CAD based on the exchange rate determined by Shopify at the time of the refund. As a result, the refunded amount in USD may differ from the original charge due to currency fluctuations and conversion rates set by Shopify.
